Please don't be misled by all these trappings. Suncity builder "Corporate Leisure" is giving residents a hard time. He has control over amenities and has not delivered on even 50% of his promises.
His charges for even minor repairs are exorbitant. Talk to any apartment owner to get the real picture.

Please do NOT buy anything from CLPD. These guys (Govindacharya and his sons) are big time cheats. They promised a lot of amenities to the residents of Sun City, but has not delivered most of them. As an example, he promised swimming pool. Not yet provided for the residents. No boundary wall around the project, so there are many thefts and stray dogs on the property. On June 12th 2010, there was a huge protest march by residents (about 500), which was covered widely by the print and electronic media. Go to YouTube and search for Sun City to see for yourself.
