When and what is the proposed development ?

Located off BEL Circle, adjoining the HMT campus at RMV II Stage Ext., is Prestige Wellington Park. This development spread over 7.3 acres of land houses 13 residential towers of Ground + 9/10 floors and a Clubhouse block, Car parking is located in basement, stilted parking on ground floor level and surface level.

When does the development start and when can I expect to move into my new home?

Marketing will commence on 2nd October 2005. Construction will commence by January 2006 and your new home will welcome you by 31st March 2008.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

If you do cancel after booking, then 1% of the sale value of the apartment will be forfeited as a cancellation fee and the balance will be returned within one month without interest.
