Paras Group builders (http://www.parasgroup.in) have constructed Paras
Mallige apartment in a land adjacent to Sri Ananthnagar Phase-I layout.
They have not done proper water treatment plant for that apartment and
drain the dirty water in to open drain. They have now started
constructing Paras Maitri (http://www.parasgroup.in/projects/paras-maitri)
apartment close to Paras Mallige. The site-map mentioned on their website
shows the approach road via a land belonging to Sri Ananthnagar Society.
This has been informed to the builder and to appropriate law enforcement
officials. Hereby we are warning the prospective flat buyers on being
cautious before investing with them. Ask the builder to explain you
(with documents) on what is the plan for approach road to Paras Maitri.
