    The builders have not kept upto their promise of completing the project on time (delayed by more than a year now!) and even the compensation being promised is very nominal compared to the loss that the buyers are having to suffer.

    The attractive rate being offered is just to fool people since the Super Built Up area being sold as per the plan is very different from the actual area physically being transferred. They have also refused to share the details of the calculations for the super built up area with the buyers.
